Simon Hertnon is writer, philosopher, and educator from New Zealand. Although he has a degree in Linguistics, he is a generalist with a love of storytelling, systems, transformation, and information design. He has been teaching knowledge workers to perform optimally since 2004, and has developed several ‘essential’ frameworks, including his popular 74-word theory of universal human needs. Simon is the author of Endangered Words and is an Associate of Victoria (University of Wellington) Professional and Executive Development. He now writes fiction under the pen name William Henry (amazon.com/author/william-henry). He lives in Auckland, New Zealand, with his wife and twin daughters.
