Mike Colameco

Michael Colameco is the host and producer of Colameco's Food Show on 13/WNET-NY and the host of WOR-Radio's "Food Talk," which runs every Sunday from 10am to noon on 60 affiliate stations. He also appears regularly on the nationally syndicated NPR program "The Splendid Table" as a New York food authority. Colameco developed and conducts several culinary programs through the iconic 92nd Street Y in Manhattan, including walking tours of New York's ethnic culinary neighborhoods, Q&A panel discussions with top New York chefs, and live cooking demonstrations at the VIKING showroom, where he is Chef in Residence, and he teaches hands-on cooking classes at the French Culinary Institute. A graduate of the CIA, Colameco has worked in some of the city's best restaurants, including The Four Seasons, Tavern on the Green, and The Ritz Carlton, where he was Executive Chef.
