Walter J. Roers

I'm a life-long resident of the Twin Cities area, graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in psychology and served in the U.S. Navy.

"The Pact," my first novel, was published in 2000 by New Rivers Press and was a finalist for a Minnesota Book Award. It is still in print. "Pathos Rising" was published this year by North Star Press of Minnesota and I just signed a contract with North Star for my third novel, "Tyger! Tyger!"

I write character driven, mainstream novels set in Minnesota. I love to meet with book clubs and believe they are the backbone of customer support for a rapidly changing industry.
