Bruce Parmenter

Bruce R. Parmenter spent twenty years in pastoral ministry, twelve years as director of a church-related counseling center, and twenty-six years in academia at Lincoln Christian Seminary (Pastoral Counseling) and friends University (Marriage and Family Therapy). He is a retired approved supervisor in the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. He is author of What the Bible Says about Self-Esteem, Christians Caught in the Divorce Trap, Neo-Coherence Therapy and Sanity and Serenity.

Bruce has been married to Judy for 60+ years and is a Father, Grand Father and Great Grandfather and lives in Urbana, IL.
