Lewis Kirshner is a psychoanalyst practicing in Cambridge Mass. Until 2013, he worked as a Clinical Professor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, where he remains a corresponding member. His home is currently in St Johnsbury Vermont. He was a Fulbright Senior Scholar at the University of Ghent, Belgium, in 2011-12. He writes extensively in psychoanalytic publications, with interests in the intersections of clinical research, philosophy, psychoanalysis, and neuroscience. Current projects involve work on intersubjectivity through these disciplines.
