James Ott is a former contract writer for McGraw-Hill publications and senior editor for Aviation Week & Space Technology. He studied English Literature at Thomas More University and earned a master's degree in Communication Arts from Xavier University. He co-authored with Raymond Neidl a business book on the airline industry, Airline Odyssey, (McGraw-Hill) 1995, and wrote A Brief History of the Diocese of Covington (Editions du Signe, Strasbourg, France), 2002. Recently he has tutored in the Writing Center at Thomas More University and lives in nearby Crescent Springs, Kentucky.
