Bob Shank

A native and lifetime resident of Southern California, Bob Shank spent 14 years as a businessman/entrepreneur in the construction industry. At 31, he transitioned his career focus from business to ministry and founded Priority Living, a faith-based organization serving business men and women in the marketplace. In 1997, he launched The Master’s Program, a unique three-year graduate level mentoring experience that helps leaders to explore, expose and exploit their unique Kingdom calling. Through TMP, he has personally mentored thousands of top-tier leaders, coast-to-coast, whose career placement includes both the marketplace and the ministry sectors.

While serving as the CEO of Priority Living since 1984, Bob was also the senior pastor of an Orange County megachurch for four years in the early ‘90’s. He is a frequent speaker for churches, conferences, retreats and leadership training events across the country.

Bob serves on numerous church, non -profit ministry and for-profit company boards of directors, including Gospel Light Publishers, Samaritan’s Purse, the National Christian Foundation/California, , Free Wheeelchair Mission, The Barnabas Group, Reasons to Believe, Priority Living/dba The Master’s Program, Harvest Christian Fellowship, Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque, Calvary Chapel/Kendall, Amerson Music Ministries, and Standing Stone Ministries.

Bob and Cheri have been married since 1971 and have two adult daughters, two great sons-in-law and five near-perfect grandchildren. They all make their homes in Orange County, California.
