Joseph Brandes, Ph.D.,Emeritus Professor of History, William Paterson (State) University, Frequent visiting Professor at New York University, and Research Associate at the American Jewish History Center: On editorial board of American Jewish History Journal(incl. many reviews). Author of Herbert Hoover and Economic Diplomacy(University of Pittsburgh Press (1962), named one of the year's ten outstanding books from University presses by the American Scholar (1962-'63). Dr. Brandes is also listed in Contemporary Authors, American Men of Science and Who's Who in America.
