Ray Hoskins is a lifelong coach, consultant, and writer whose work explores how people grow, adapt, and find meaning in challenging times. A former counselor and organizational consultant, he has spent decades helping others uncover the beliefs and habits that shape their lives. His writing blends psychology, philosophy, and practical wisdom to inspire transformation and resilience. Ray is the author of Rational Madness: The Paradox of Addiction, Staying Strong, and Reversing the Drift, which examines how good people get pulled into harmful movements and how they can return to themselves. When he’s not writing or coaching, Ray performs as a musician throughout Indiana. He lives in Beech Grove with his wife and finds balance in music, meditation, and nature.
