Thomas A. Greenfield

I am a retired ("Emeritus" of all things) professor of English and former Dean of the College at SUNY Geneseo in Western New York. I had the privilege of leading and teaching 13 study abroad programs in England, Ireland, and Greece as well as co-developing study abroad programs in Italy and China. I graduated from Grinnell College in Iowa and earned a Master's and PhD in English at the University of Minnesota. My fifth book, "American Musicals in Historical Context" is scheduled for publication in August 2026 by Methuen Drama.
