William Withers

William Withers is a graduate of Virginia State University with a B.S. Degree in Electronic Engineering Technology. He is a U.S. Army veteran and served with the Army Security Agency in Europe in the 1970's. He has trekked to Mount Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal. He is an avid traveler and has been to Antartica and over 20 countries world-wide.
