Joseph Kissane is a Geologist and Geological Engineer living in Chicago, Illinois. He began fly-fishing in the 1960s in southeastern Idaho, continued his development in southwestern Montana, and later in spring-fed streams of the Midwest. He has continued pursuing the sport throughout the U.S., and has enjoyed brief exposure to the waters and fish of western Ireland; Hampshire, U.K.; Canada and Patagonia, and it is said he seldom travels near fishable water without a fly rod.
