Suzie Gilbert

Suzie Gilbert is a writer and founder of Flyaway, Inc, a non-profit dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of injured and orphaned wild birds. She has written articles, editorials, blogs, environmental columns, and is the author of Flyaway: How a Wild Bird Rehabber Sought Adventure and Found Her Wings (HarperCollins), Hawk Hill (Chronicle Books), and Unflappable (Perch Press).
