Chuck Robison

Chuck Robison completed his education with a graduate degree from Princeton in Counseling and went into the non-profit world for five years. He then became Director of Corporate Development for PMF, a life insurance company in Philadelphia, which was later sold to Fidelity Mutual. From there Robison joined Met Life in New York as Director of Recruiting Services, responsible for hiring 8000 agents and 125 MBA’s per year. In this capacity, he did group and individual coaching assignments with new-hire MBA’s from the top tier schools. He then moved from Met Life to New York Life as its youngest officer and the only one appointed directly from the outside. At New York Life Robison was responsible for designing and implementing all new direct marketing products and programs.

Two years later Robison took the leap out of corporate America and created a multi-faceted consulting practice including outplacement counseling, executive coaching and image management, business writing and speaking and the design and delivery of custom seminar presentations. His primary fields of experience include the Finance Industry, Computer Hardware companies and the Entertainment Industry. He worked with Exxon Mobil in creating a special MBA program. His seminars, Creating Your Own Vision for the Future and The Leading Edge are direct results of the work Robison did with nine of the most powerful Americans as they presented their visions for the future in a two-part article Robison wrote for Chief Executive Magazine. Additionally, Robison served on the faculty of the NYPD Police Academy Management Training Unit and has authored the books, Look Deeply and The Quantum Conspiracy. Robison also worked with Dr. Robert Mueller, Secretary of the Social and Economic Council of The United Nations on a global education project.

Robison has served as a coach for Senior Executives from IBM, Bankers Trust, Value Options Insurance, American Express, General Motors, Pepsi and Fidelity Investments. He does leadership coaching with an international organization of 15,000 CEOs of companies with sales in excess of $5 Million. Robison has also worked with David Rockefeller at the Council on Foreign Relations and The Americas Society; Andy Grove, former Chairman of Intel; Pete Wilson, former Governor of California; and Walter Wriston, former Chairman of Citicorp. Robison has also been an advisor to Claes Nobel of the Nobel Family of Sweden and to the late Rioichi Sasakawa, Founder and Chairman of the Japan Shipbuilding Industry Foundation.

Robison has his office in Austin where he produces, along with his wife Karen, a weekly Television show titled “What If It Really Works?” which explores multi-dimensional solutions to issues of career, family and personal direction.
