And stretch… ……Best known as the Green Goddess she introduced an unsuspecting UK to fitness in the 80s – and has never stopped.

This year she’ll be 80 years of age and is still working hard to maintain health across the Nation supporting The Royal Osteoporosis Society in educating over 60s to maintain health and exercise. This year she is launching Beating Osteoporosis: The Facts, The Treatments, The Exercises in June this year.

Written in association with the Royal Osteoporosis Society, this practical book is a must-have for anybody affected by osteoporosis. Packed with advice, friendly tips and ideas, and an overview of current research, and what we can all be doing to help ourselves live well.

She co-authored Sod Sitting Get Moving with Professor Sir Muir Gray in 2017 with Bloomsbury Publishing which has been a best selling success.

Diana’s successful career as a fitness guru has spanned five decades and even includes a tour of the UK and Ireland with the stage show ‘Calendar Girls’.

Diana is as much in demand in 2019 as she was in 1983. She is the Health Editor for The Lady Magazine with her weekly column and a columnist for Huffington Post.

Diana is the Editor in Chief of PrimeTimeLife.TV – a community for men and women – in the prime of their life – offering information and support from a team of experts in health, wellbeing, finance and nutrition.

Diana has her own video – EasiFit – Ease into Fitness featuring her trademark ‘EasiFit’ exercises. The fitness program, consists of simple exercises specially designed for a market that’s largely neglected by the fitness industry – for those later on in life; who haven’t exercised in a while or just can’t do the type of exercise they used to. The new DVD involves a range of exercises, specially designed for the less active participant, from the comfort of the living room, even sitting down. available through all good online stores and is an extensive traveller lecturing throughout the world on Cruises.
