Michael R. Weisser

I am a former college professor who left the classroom but took my writing skills with me. When I was a kid I had three hobbies: toy trains, toy soldiers and toy guns. So when I left teaching I went into the gun business and I've done just about everything - retail, wholesale, hunting, training. Over the last 35 years I've sold more than 40,000 guns and trained more than 2,000 people in gun safety and shooting techniques. When I was a college teacher I wrote books about economic history. Now I figure it's time to write one about guns. I also blog on guns for the Huffington Post.
