I have had a great, interesting life. I was born in Baton Rouge LA, lived in Lake Forest IL for ten years, spent a year living in a small village in England, lived near Boston during my teen years, graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a major in geography, met the love of my life and married. We moved to Austin TX for 14 years while working in a variety of fields and had a son. I struggled to find a traditional career though always knew to put something away into the stock market which gradually become a central occupation of mine. Additionally I love photography, created my own business marketing prints of my photos and now give slide shows of my photography on a regular basis. I have traveled to over 50 countries around the world creating a portfolio of over 65,000 photos, maintained a daily journal for over 50 years, published books, built a telescope and love natural science.
