Dutch Holland is a widely known expert in the management of organizational change and in the integration of digital technology into organizations to achieve business value. He began his research on technology integration while a consultant to NASA in the 1970’s and 1980’s as well as while he was a tenured full Professor of Management at the University of Houston. Dutch also founded his own consulting firm that worked with more than 100 clients from the Fortune 1000 to NASA, DOD, USAF, VA, and DOE.
Most recently, Dutch has sold his forty-year consulting firm and has embarked on “his next career as a Management Advisor, Author and Sports Car Driver,” still focused on organizational change in a variety of industries with special emphasis in two primary industries: Energy and Healthcare.
When speaking to groups and advising clients, Dutch draws on his proven methods and practical actions that have been tested with clients and recorded in his 16 books and more than 150 articles. He is now elaborating on his latest thrust that he calls Change Management: the New Way.
