Michael S. Schell

Michael S. Schell is CEO and president of RW LLC, an intercultural consulting and training organization that provides online cultural learning tools for global organizations through its CultureWizard.com websites. Prior to founding RW, he was CEO of Windham International, a global intercultural HR consulting and management firm, which was acquired by GMAC in 1999.

He is co-author of Capitalizing on the Global Workforce: A Strategic Guide for Expatriate Management, and has written extensively on the subject. He is a creator of the Windham International Cultural Model, which has become a standard for teaching and understanding cultural diversity. Prior to creating Windham International, he was president and founding partner of Moran, Stahl, & Boyer (MSB), a business location and global relocation consulting company.
