James A. Zoller

James A Zoller (1948) was born in Laramie, Wyoming, within sight of the Snowy Range, a gateway to the Rocky Mountains. He was raised there until age 9 and then in Durham, New Hampshire. The middle of five brothers, he married young, moved to San Francisco for graduate school, then returned to New England where he began a 45 year teaching career. He and his wife of 54 years, Donna, have lived in rural western New York since 1984 where they have both taught and raised their four children. For 30 of those years they provided a home for international students attending the local high school. Jim has spent his adult life writing and publishing in many forms, including poetry, short fiction, articles, newspaper columns, and a blog. In 2011 they spent a semester in Busan, Republic of Korea, where Jim was teaching at Pusan National University on a Fulbright grant.
