Diana Collins

Diana Collins is the pen name for award winning author Sherry D. Ficklin. Why a pen name? Well, there was some confusion with people picking up her adult novels thinking they were one of her YA novels. They are not. While her adult novels are not smutty or overly adult in content, they are targeted to the 18+ readers. So the pen name is both a nod to her Collins relatives and an attempt to stem any misunderstandings. Yes, they are still her books. Yes, she wishes they could still have her name on them, but these things are part of being an author who writes across multiple genres.
