Stephanie Hart

A finalist for the Eric Hoffer Award for her book Mirror Mirror: A Collection of Memoirs and Stories, Stephanie Hart is also the author of Clouds Like Horses and Other Storiesas well as the young adult fiction novel, Is There Any Way Out of Sixth Grade? Her essays and short stories have appeared in numerous anthologies including Mondo James Dean and most recently, Re-creating Our Common Chord (Wising Up Press 2019), as well as literary magazines such as The Sun, Jewish Currents, And Then, Home Planet News, and ducts.org.

A long time Manhattan resident, Stephanie has taught writing at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons the New School for Design in New York City. She is currently at work on a novel about the McCarthy Era.
