Michael Alexander

Michael Scott Alexander was born in Brooklyn, New York. He has taught religious studies and history in universities across America since 1999, and currently holds the Maimonides Chair in Jewish Studies at the University of California, Riverside. His book Jazz Age Jews won the National Jewish Book Award. Making Peace with the Universe is his second book.
