Nancy Diane Young (www.NancyDYoung.org) is the author of three motivational books: Conquering Fear, No More Chains!, I Sing Because I’m Happy! and two novels: Hanging On By A Thread: Losing Hope and Hanging On By A Thread: What Was I Thinking? She has a passion for people and ministering life through words; written and spoken. Her transparent honesty and experiences from more than 25 years in ministry makes her words and challenges ring true.

Undoubtedly, she’s motivational in encouraging people to conquer fear, obtain freedom from the bondages that hold them from reaching their full potential, and keeping a song in their heart no matter the circumstances they face and overcome. Now, Nancy has met the challenge to explore the fictional world of writing. Even in the midst of fiction, the message of hope and triumph yet rings through.

Nancy holds a Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, a Masters in Business Administration, and numerous honors and awards. She’s the proud mother of 4 children, 4 step-children, and 5 grandchildren. She resides in Northern California with her husband (and co-pastor), James, for more than 18 years.
