Amanda I. Seligman

Amanda I. Seligman is Professor of History and Urban Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where she has taught since 1999. She has won prizes and grants from the Urban History Association, the National Endowment for the Humanities, and others. She is currently working on the Encyclopedia of Milwaukee. The University of Chicago Press will publish her next book, Chicago's Block Clubs: How Neighbors Shape the City, in fall 2016.
