Trevor is primarily a practitioner of leadership, as founder & CEO of the NGO Emerging Leaders (www.emerging-leaders.net). His career spans leadership development in the well-known global corporate and public sector organisations, right through to the world’s most vulnerable communities. Emerging Leaders has trained over 85,000 people in 16 countries with an indirect impact on over 2.5 million people, where he has witnessed first hand the impact of what happens when people put heart and character back into the centre of their life’s leadership.
