David Brendel, MD is a psychiatrist and executive coach in the Boston area. He earned his M.D. at Harvard Medical School and his Ph.D. in philosophy at the University of Chicago. David's work in psychiatry focuses on the complex relation between scientific and humanistic approaches to treatment. His book, Healing Psychiatry: Bridging the Science/Humanism Divide, was published by MIT Press.
