James L. Riedy, born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, has had a fascinating and varied career: author, magazine editor, radio folk music show producer, choral director, organist, world traveler, professor of humanities at City Colleges of Chicago. His book Chicago Sculpture, a blend of cultural history, description, and criticism, was published by the University of Illinois Press. His recent book is The Pleasures of Testicles: A Celebration and Exploration of All Things Balls. When not roaming the globe he resides in Fort Lauderdale, FL He has been researching, writing, and speaking about human testicles for over three decades. Most recently he gave a presentation on solo testicular pleasure at the annual conference of the Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality in San Diego.
