Lucille M. Ponte

As a lifelong writer and legal educator, my published works are both non-fiction and fiction (under the pen name: Bridges DelPonte). In non-fiction, I have published three books on contract law and dispute resolution. I have also published numerous articles, blog posts, manuals and editorials in the legal, travel, and business fields. I've also contributed small business educational content to nolo.com and blog articles about local events and business profiles for local websites.

In the fiction world, my legal mystery, Deadly Sacrifices, set in my Boston hometown, won a Royal Palm Literary Award (2d place - unpublished mystery) from the Florida Writers Association (FWA). My underwater fantasy novel, Bridles of Poseidon, was selected as a Royal Palm finalist in fantasy, too. I enjoyed publishing my first children's book, The Little Dusties - The Roar of the Silver Dragon, with illustrator, Michelle Bakay. I have also published numerous short stories in mystery and scifi/fantasy anthologies. I'm a member of the FWA, Gulf Coast Writers Association, Sisters in Crime, Inc., and Citrus Crime Writers (Central Florida chapter of SinC). I'm represented by Kelli Martin, Wendy Sherman Associates, Inc., a NYC literary management firm.
