Ken O’Quinn is a professional writing coach and the author of "Perfect Phrases for Business Letters" (McGraw-Hill).

For more than a decade, he has helped thousands of business professionals worldwide through his on-site workshops. Clients include Chevron, Visa, Oracle, Intel, UPS, John Deere, Campbell’s Soup, Burson-Marsteller, Edelman, and Fleishman Hillard.
