Todd Fuller was born three months premature to Cherye and Dave Fuller in Tacoma, Washington. He now lives in Norman, Oklahoma, and serves as both an Associate Director for Research Development and adjunct lecturer for the Native American Studies program at the University of Oklahoma. Before taking on this task, Fuller earned English / writing degrees from Indiana University (BA), Wichita State (MFA), and Oklahoma State (PhD). His first book, 60 Feet Six Inches and Other Distances from Home, was published in 2002. Since then, he has completed a poetry collection, tentatively titled To the Disappearance, is working on a screenplay (with wife Randi) titled A Dancing Red Spine, which based on 60 Feet Six Inches, and is working on a collection of essays, From Scratch, about his experience co-founding Pawnee Nation College, at which he served as President from 2004 (when it was established by the Pawnee Business Council) to 2011.
