Barbie Engstrom

Nationally known writer, Barbie Engstrom has contributed to the travel sections of Travel & Leisure, the Philadelphia Inquirer, the Boston Globe, the Los Angeles Times, and the Chicago Tribune. She is the author of many guides, starting with Paris to See and Enjoy, then Kenya Safari, followed by India, Nepal and Sri Lanka, then Egypt and a Nile Cruise, and, lastly, *Treasure Tours of 278 *Masterpieces in the Louvre Museum. (This last book has 11 Tours for the Public and 11 special handicapped Tours, because she is disabled and has had to use a wheelchair herself). This book was given a RAVE REVIEW by the Executive Director, Sue Devine, of the American Friends of the Louvre.



Barbie is an accomplished photographer too, and a retired, associate member of the American Society of Media Photographers. Now she has begun writing several Series of E-books (Series One is for the General Public and Series Two is for the Handicapped, which is the only one of its kind). The first E-book in Series One for the General Public is PARIS: ENGSTROM’S LOUVRE MUSEUM PRACTICAL E-GUIDE.
