C. S. Lovett

Dr. Lovett was the founder of Personal Christianity, a fundamental, evangelical non-denominational ministry. For over 60 years, he had but one objective—preparing Christians for the second coming of Christ! He has written over 45 books designed to help believers prepare for His appearing.

Dr. Lovett's decision to serve the Lord resulted in the loss of a sizable, personal fortune. He was well equipped for the job the Lord had given him. A graduate of American Baptist Seminary of the West, he held the M.A. and D. Div. degrees conferred Magna Cum Laude. He also completed graduate work in psychology at Los Angeles State College and held a Ph.D. in counseling from the Louisiana Christian University.

He was a retired U.S. Air Force pilot, instructor, and Chaplin (Lt. Colonel), and was married to Marjorie in 1942 until he "graduated to glory" in 2012. He leaves behind his two daughters, two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
