I'm a Northern Irish author who lives in London and worked as a Lecturer in Information Technology at the University of Westminster before taking early retirement to concentrate on writing. I have published four novels, six poetry collections and four non-fiction books.

Readers tend to concentrate on only one of the three categories, poetry, fiction and non-fiction, but to me they are all part of the same endeavour. I try to make all my books equally insightful, interesting and above all entertaining. This includes poetry and my latest book The Whole Thing, a long poem, which sounds forbidding but I hope is as readable as the prose books.
