Margaret Olsen

President, Westminster Appraisal & Consultation, Ms. Olsen, an appraiser for more than 35 years, has American Society of Appraisers designations in Personal Property- and Numismatics (coins and currency) and Sports Collectibles and Memorabilia.

Ms. Olsen is a guest Speaker, Author, University Instructor, Appraiser, Consultant and Expert Witness. She has been seen on PBS, heard on radio stations, quoted in USA Today, The Washington Post, Associated Press, Smart Money, Investor’s Business Daily, The Chicago Tribune and numerous other publications.

She has published articles about the appraisal profession, sports appraisals, and precious metals and coins and co-authored "The Gold Book, A Guide to Commonly Traded Gold Bullion Coins and Bars", "The Platinum and Palladium Buyer's Guide" and the Gold ebook, “The Gold Buyer’s Guide.”

Ms. Olsen has extensive experience as a University Instructor, Advisor and Consultant for Personal Property Principles of Valuation, Connoisseurship and Professional Development Courses at various Universities, Schools and Institutes across the country.

Ms. Olsen is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
