Dr. Charles E Smith has worked with business leaders across the US, Canada, the UK, Europe, China and India to discover what personally holds them back and help them move forward to unparalleled success. He most enjoys 'Camelot Opportunities' where he is engaged to act as 'Merlin' to an Executive 'Arthur' -- coaching a leader determined to make a big difference in their 'kingdom' of influence, even when they can't see how to accomplish that commitment.
A graduate of the Boston Public Latin School, Harvard College, Harvard Business School, Case Western Reserve University, and the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, Charlie has taught at Sir George Williams University in Montreal, the McGill University School of Education and the McGill Centre for Management Education. He has been in private practice since 1969, and has been recognized three times by peers and colleagues as Transformational Consultancy of the Year.
A past president of the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of NM, Charlie has served on Boards of the Foundation for Mid-East Communication, the National Peace Institute Foundation, the Middle Road Foundation, and the Advisory Board of the Overview Institute of Australia. Formerly an affiliate of Transformational Technologies, he was Executive Editor of Transformation Magazine: A Quarterly Road Map, published by the Library of Professional Coaching. He currently writes for the Library of Professional Psychology and Eruditio, a Journal of the World Academy of Arts and Sciences.
