Jay Robb

Jay Robb was born in Kansas City. Missouri. He moved to San Diego in 1985 and resided there until 2011. At that time, he moved to North Palm Beach, Florida where he lives with his wife, Beth. He has four children, and two grandchildren.

Jay’s list of accomplishments includes:

• He performed his first 7-day fruit-and-vegetable detox in 1978. That detox changed his life!

• He has owned and operated two successful fitness clubs. He opened his first club (Jay’s Gym) in 1980.

• He is a clinical nutritionist with nearly four decades as a professional in his field.
