Morrie Greenberg

After graduating from UCLA, Morrie Greenberg served as a secondary teacher with Los Angeles schools for some 30 years. He also supervised teacher candidates at California State University, Northridge where he "taught teachers how to teach." His long service with both young students and adults proved an excellent opportunity for the author to develop a deep seated "feel" for stories that held high interest for both young and adult readers. His publications include a Harry Truman biography (THE BUCK STOPS HERE), a state adopted text (WE THE PEOPLE), and a series of high interest historical vignettes (AMERICAN AVENTURES) that has gained a wide audience. It is now in its thirteenth printing.
