David Nazar was a pioneer in the natural food business, and his last name came from his first product, Nazar Inner-G Bars. Everyone began calling him David Nazar, which he accepted and made legal. He created and began marketing Loveburger, one of America's first vegetarian burgers, in 1977. A lifelong student of ecology, he designed and built a passive-solar, energy effecient home, with insulated shutters, in North Georgia in 1980. This home has demonstrated how, with insulated shutters, passive solar energy is applicable almost everywhere, David has been teaching Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation in the Chattanooga, Tennessee area for over 27 years, and has been practicing for over 42 years. He is active in his Unity Church and is a supporter of many charitable and ecological organizations. David is the author of The Romantic Psychedelic Revolutionary, There is a Tomorrow, and the 2012 rewrite of it, There is a Tomorrow Redux.
