Daryl D. Green

Dr. Daryl D. Green, DSL, is an author, speaker, researcher, and practitioner-scholar whose work explores leadership, organizational transformation, artificial intelligence, workforce development, and community renewal. An ordained deacon, he writes about helping leaders and institutions navigate disruption while remaining grounded in purpose and service.

Dr. Green previously served as Dean of the School of Business at Langston University, Oklahoma’s only public HBCU, where he led significant enrollment growth and helped the business program achieve a Top 1% national ranking on the Peregrine Business Exam. Before entering higher education, he spent 27 years with the U.S. Department of Energy, leading engineering, project management, auditing, and technology initiatives.

He is the author of multiple books on leadership, management, and personal growth. Dr. Green and his wife, Estraletta, live in Oklahoma and remain committed to faith, lifelong learning, and the development of future leaders.
