Gordon C. Brownlee

Gordon has lived in the Pacific Northwest since his early teens and has a deep love for the beauty of this region. An avid recumbent bicyclist he can often be seen riding to his favorite table at a riverside park, where most of this book has been written. He spent many years in retail management, maintenance supervision and loves to invent. However his greatest love is for the Church. A believer since early childhood he has served and ministered with devotion in several denominational groups, but came to a crisis of faith in his late thirties that caused him to reevaluate what it is he believes. God’s answer to that request was a personal, transforming and powerful understanding of what Christ accomplished on the cross. In his first book “Out from the Shadow of Other God’s”, Gordon shares his journey into this amazing aspect of God’s salvation. This second book offers practical insights explaining how to separate from religious bondage.
