Lehman C. Riley

I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. When I was in 3rd grade, I used to daydream about my summer trips to my grandparents' house in West, Mississippi. My grandfather, Papa Lemon, fascinated me. In my eyes he was a celebrity!

Papa Lemon passed away in 1973. I had such admiration for Papa Lemon, I was inspired to write a children's series book featuring him as the main character. I still reside in Minneapolis, Minnesota with my wife Tracy. I have four adult children DuVale, Nareece, Andrea and Tianna.
