CEO of Intellas and IBM Business Partner in the United Kingdom. Leads strategy and service delivery for using artificial intelligence in the area of cyber security, digital forensics and big data analytics.

Professor of Information Security and Applied Computational Intelligence. Subject Matter Expert Artificial Intelligence, Data Science and Cybersecurity at the University of Essex Online. Holds DSc level Citation from the University of Louisville Kentucky for contributions to Information Security and Applied Computational Intelligence where he served as Visiting Scholar and Professor. Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS).

Served as Director of Studies for Doctoral Research at University of Gloucestershire Business School, Visiting Scholar and Professor at the Department of Computer Science University of Louisville, Kentucky and the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Godfried has also held senior academic posts at the school of computing and technology, University of Gloucestershire and the University of East London, United Kingdom. A Fellow of the British Computer Society. Supervised a number of PhD Thesis. Published approximately 100 peer reviewed articles in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity.

Worked for the World Bank (IDA) as Senior Systems Analyst where he jointly led the Planning, Development and Management Information Systems Unit, handling the World Bank’s Highway Sector Investment Credit (IDA Credit 2858-GH) and the United Nations (IFAD). He managed the information systems for international disbursements for the USAID (United States Agency for International Development), European Union (EU), DANIDA (Danish International Development Agency), United Arab Emirates (UAE) whiles at AMISU (Accounting Management Information Systems Unit) of the World Bank.
