BIOGRAPHY LTC ROY E. PETERSON
U.S. Army Military Intelligence Retired
LTC Roy Peterson served as an Assistant Army Attaché in Moscow during the peak of the Cold War Years from 1983-1985, as the first U.S. Foreign Commercial Officer in the Russian Far East for the U.S. Department of Commerce with dual duty as a Visa Issuing Officer for the U.S. Department of State, and the first IBM Regional Manager, Russian Far East in Vladivostok (1993-1995).
LTC Peterson is a recognized international trade and Russian political/military consultant. Roy was a recent faculty member with the University of Phoenix teaching global business, marketing, sales, management, military intelligence, unconventional warfare, and international trade.
Roy Peterson is a poet, song writer, and award winning bass voice singer.
