Marvin Morrison

Marvin Morrison (1940 - ) was born in Montgomery, Alabama, and was raised by his mother, Stella Mable Morrison. He loved athletics. And he disliked school until he reached High School. He graduated from Toccoa Falls High School (1958) and Toccoa Falls College (1962) and is also a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, Dallas, Texas, (1966). After leaving the ministry in June of 1970, he began a search for more meaning in his life and found it when he learned how to meditate.

In the early 1980s he invented a way to look up hard-to-spell words on the first try. In the mid 1990s, disruptive technology (Spell Check) began to make his invention into an also-ran inovation.

Over the years he studied personal fulfillment and self improvement and made a hobby of jotting down questions that came up and creating summaries of useful information. Morrison is not enlightened and knows it and is enjoying the adventure. His book "Discovering the Obvious" shares much of what he has gleaned over the years and his imaginations of what is possible for the Earth. Many of the questions in his blog (questionsnow.wordpress.com) are from the "Questions" chapter in the book.
