Aimmee Kodachian

Aimmee Kodachian is the recipient of an honorary doctorate in humanitarianism and a three-time global award winner recognized for her humanitarian and media work. An international speaker, she is the founder of both the Tears of Hope Movement™ and Empowering Humanity Magazine™. Through her writing, speaking, and service to humanity, she shares her testimony and a message of faith and hope rooted in what God has done in her life.

At age 12, during the Lebanese Civil War, Aimmee witnessed her brother’s death in a bombing. When she later returned to her bombed home, she found her Bible among the ashes. Through thirteen years of war and the decades that followed, that Bible became an anchor of comfort, strength, and hope.

In her memoir, Tears of Hope: My Miraculous Journey of Faith, Courage, and Survival, Aimmee shares her journey through war, abuse, and the challenges of severe dyslexia, and how her faith sustained her through life’s darkest chapters. Her story invites readers to recognize God’s presence in their own lives, find courage to take the next step, and discover how their experiences can become a source of hope for others.

Her story also inspired the Tears of Hope Anthem, featuring orchestral music performed by more than 70 musicians. Emmy- and Grammy-winning professionals contributed to the mixing of the orchestral recording.

Through the Tears of Hope Movement™, Aimmee brings her commitment to faith and compassion into a mission to offer comfort, care, and hope to children and families affected by war and trauma. One hundred percent of the net profits from the book support the movement.

At the heart of her work is a belief she carries from her own journey: even after life’s darkest chapters, God’s presence can be found, hope can rise, and our stories can become a light for someone else.
