Robert W. Winters

Robert W. Winters is a retired physician who writes on topics of general medical interest.

Dr. Winters is a graduate of Indiana University (A.B.) and Yale University School of Medicine (M.D.). He received postgraduate training in biochemistry and pediatrics, and became Professor of Pediatrics at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York.

He has published over 100 papers and several books on diagnosis and treatment of hydration and acid-base disorders of the body fluids.
