Serendipity and synchronicity describe Rolan:O'Brien!

Terri Rolan is a retired education professional who grew up loving the Western genre on TV. The heroes and villains were clearly defined and the spirit of independence, adventure and personal integrity played a huge part in creating the woman she is today.

Maggie O'Brien is a retired nurse, turned massage therapist, turned author... She too grew up watching Westerns and happily falling in love with the strong cowboys and their sense of honor who made this genre true American mythology.

It was the luck of the draw when we met through our mutual admiration of actor Robert Fuller and the roles he portrayed so brilliantly. We began writing stories together, turn and turn about. Friends and acquaintances who read our stories, kept telling us to "Publish! Publish! Publish!" We took the plunge and the WEST Saga was born.

We offer our books as an homage to the great Westerns of our childhoods, and to the performers who brought to life our heroes... and our villains. We hope our readers enjoy the travels of Jessie, Mary, Vin and Coop as much as we enjoy telling their tale.
