Robert F. Baim

Robert Baim was born in Lock Haven, PA and grew up in Pittsburgh, PA. Along with his family he has lived in 8 different states and personally traveled to over 20 countries. His life is dedicated to his family and to find ways to transfer life experiences to others through writing and speaking. His goal is to motivate the reader or audience to do something different … to simplify their life … to be able to see the result of their labor … to celebrate their successes.

As a former adjunct professor in Organizational Behavior he incorporates, by his actions, the importance of motivation and humor in everyone’s life. This has helped him on a professional level to lead organizations to achieve amazing results.
