Abhijit Gosavi

Dr. Abhijit A. Gosavi is a Professor in the Department of Engineering Management and Systems Engineering in Missouri University of Science and Technology (formerly University of Missouri-Rolla). His research interests include Markov decision processes and simulation-based optimization. His publications have appeared in premier journals such as Management Science, Automatica, the European Journal of Operational Research, the INFORMS Journal on Computing, and the Journal of Retailing. His research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and industry.

He also loves to teach! He has taught popular courses on topics involving Reinforcement Learning, Simulation, and Production Systems.
